Lumen Labs will design, build and deploy a unified customer data platform for Meridian Retail Group, consolidating web, retail and loyalty sources into a single governed profile store. The engagement is delivered on a Fixed price basis and covers discovery, data modelling, pipeline development, quality assurance and a two-week hypercare period. Any change to scope will be handled through a written change request signed by both parties before work begins.

The total fee for this statement of work is 148,500.00 (GBP), exclusive of VAT. Invoicing is milestone-based: 30% on signature, 40% at UAT sign-off and the remaining 30% on final acceptance. Payment terms are 30 days from the invoice date, and reasonable pre-agreed travel expenses are billed at cost.
